Erica Wong is by far one of the best agents we have had the pleasure to work with (we have bought/sold a few). She is smart, very very knowledgeable about the area and market conditions. At first, we invited her to get some advice about our property that we were thinking of selling. When we met, she had already done her homework and came prepared with lots of information (when best to list, what advantages to showcase, market condition etc.). She was patient, polite and someone we felt we would be very comfortable working with. Erica, is very hard-working (I cannot stress this enough) and punctual (with the busy lives we have it's important that someone values your time as much as theirs).
